At Lift Winton, we are an inclusive community and help our students to become their best selves by lifting motivation, aspirations and achievement. We support our students to be kind, considerate and respectful individuals, so that they leave school ready to make a positive contribution to society. An excellent education is a right and our aim is to ensure that our students have an excellent education in every classroom, everyday.
We are bold and ambitious: our aim is to be the best school in Hampshire by 2030, and then reach for the stars. We are unequivocal and unashamed about this: we know it will be a challenge, but it's an important one that we will embrace as a community because we believe our community deserves it.
We value diversity and believe that all children, irrespective of their background, can achieve excellence through our school focusing on the basics: high quality teaching, strong routines, an inclusive culture, traditional beliefs on discipline, uniform and respect, and also the importance of rich experiences outside of the classroom.
We will educate our students to not only achieve excellent outcomes, but to also become critical thinkers who enter adulthood ready for the challenges that they will face in an ever-changing world.

Our trust is made up of 57 primary, secondary and special schools, educating more than 33,000 pupils across the country – from Middlesbrough in the north to Devon in the west, Essex in the east and the Isle of Wight in the south.
